This artifact contains the results of a Service Engagement deliverable review. The review is usually a prerequisite for obtaining client acceptance of the deliverable. The information contained comprises (amongst others) the findings of the review and any detected defects. The key parameters and findings of the deliverable review might feed into the Defect Log, Non Conformance List, and Deliverable Log.
